Excuses
Excuses Ok lets face it we all have made excuses for most parts of our lives whether it be health related including our diets and exercise, work, finance, family, moods and more I’m sure. Here I want to look at how excuses in regards to health and fitness are hurting you. From my own experience and thinking about the excuses I have used in my own life I see where I am and were I could have been. I always tell people “life is about choices” and the excuses I choose to use have affected me by breaking down self esteem in which has a snowball effect the lower the self esteem the more excuses you are going to make and so it goes a vicious cycle.
